Here is our April Newsletter, which will keep you up to date on living the Verge life! Check out all of our events coming up, including an Easter egg hunt, an Earth Day celebration, a salad bar, and more!

Maintenance Tips

Keep your A/C set to auto and cool.

Each appliance that uses water (sinks and toilets) has a shut-off valve. If a leak occurs, use the shut-off valve to stop the flow of water.

Don’t overpack your freezer. This prevents air flow and may cause the appliance to work harder.

Ensure you are turning off lights and appliances when they are not in use to eliminate excess utility usage.

Reminders and Updates

Rent installments are due on the first of each month! You may check your online portal for your balance.

Only registered pets are allowed on the property. No visiting pets are allowed per the lease and can result in a monetary fine.

Our gates are one-way in and one-way out. Please ensure to follow these guidelines to maintain the safety of vehicles and residents.

Lock Down That Internship with the Right Tools

In the coming months, universities across the nation will be partnering with businesses to fill internships for the summer and fall semesters. Internships are a great way to fast-track your career and gain valuable experience in the field you’re interested in. Landing the perfect internship may not be the easiest journey, but if you’re equipped with the right tools, achieving that dream opportunity is within reach!

In a 2017 article, Forbes stated, “Resumes are the gateway into the interview, and into the job. The importance of a well-constructed resume cannot be overlooked.” When you’re applying for an internship with that dream company, having a killer resume will push you to the top of the list.

By choosing to live at a Campus Advantage community, you already have access to an arsenal of professional success tools. One that could be really useful is the resume critiquing tool in our Career Success Portal. To access the tool, just log on to CareerSuccessPortal.com!
