When is the leasing office open?
Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m-5:00 p.m., and Sunday from noon-5:00 p.m.
What does rent include?
Rent includes Internet, cable, water, sewer, trash, and electricity/gas with a conservation cap allowance. You also have full access to our professional staff and amazing amenities.
How do I get to campus?
We are conveniently located on the UCF shuttle route, making your commute to campus easy!
Do you allow pets?
Not to worry — we’re pet friendly! Ask the leasing office about our pet policy.
Is on-site parking available?
Yes, each resident has their own designated space with the option of covered parking available.
What floor plans do you offer?
We have one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, so you can find the fit that’s right for you.
What is an individual lease?
An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time.
What if I need a roommate?
At The Verge, we take your living experience seriously, and that begins with finding the right roommate. Once you fill out our roommate-matching questionnaire, we’ll pair you with someone we believe will be a great fit!
Do you have an on-site laundry facility?
Even better — each unit includes its own washer and dryer so you don’t have to haul your laundry around.
Do you have a maintenance staff?
Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
Do I have to be a student to live here?
No, you do not. Our dynamic community is also perfect for professionals making their mark in the area.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we do require a refundable security deposit. Contact our office for specific pricing.
How do I pay rent?
You’re welcome to pay by check or money order at the leasing office during business hours, or you can pay online.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 3rd. Late fees begin on the 4th.
How do I apply for an apartment?
You can easily complete the entire leasing process online by clicking here. Fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, and your roommate preferences form. You can even complete the lease for your new apartment online! We are also available on site if you wish to visit us to apply in person.
